VONDA EXPANSION - GRAND OPENING

We celebrated the grand opening of our new 5,000 sq. ft. Co-op hybrid store in Vonda, and it was such a special milestone for the community! With more services, more selection, and more opportunities, this store is here for Vonda, Aberdeen, Prud’Homme, and all of our surrounding neighbours. 

We were so grateful to hear from Gerald Hiebert (our CEO), Graham Addley (our Board Chair), Mayor Brenda Willman (Town of Vonda), Reeve Travis Hryniuk (RM of Grant) and Robert Shutiak (past Board Chair of Vonda Co-op), who all helped mark this celebration.

A big thank you to Vonda Fire and Rescue Department for volunteering today. All BBQ proceeds will support them, and we’re excited to share the total dollars raised soon! Thank you as well to the Golden Age Club for their help in serving the cake and coffee! 

Last but not least, congratulations to the wonderful team in Vonda, along with our food, liquor, hardware, agro, and fuel divisions. Your hard work and dedication made this store what it is today.

The new location now features an expanded grocery section with more fresh, frozen, and dairy items, Co-operative coffee and beverages, an updated liquor selection with cold beer, and of course, the same feed, oil, lube and hardware you’ve always counted on. Fueling up is just as convenient too, with our credit card–accessible cardlock and full-service pumps.
